How To Register Your Warranty

1. Log into your back office at https://prifevip.com/login

2. Go to Navigate, then Device Warranty (Last RED Link)

3. Click on the Bar Code of the device you want to register.

4.) A pop-up screen will appear with your warranty date. Enter the Serial No. and your password. Then click "Confirm." 

Please note: If you can't see your device on the list, choose "Show All Serial Numbers" in the filter box at the top then click "Next Step" and this will bring up all devices on your account.
