Prife International offers a one year warranty on all electronic devices. If you are experiencing an issue with your device covered under warranty, please fill out the warranty replacement form in the link provided above to initiate the device replacement process.
Instructions:
  1. Fill out the Warranty Replacement Claim Form in the above link.
  2. Take a picture of the product showing the issue.
  3. Take a video of the product showing how it's not working.
  4. Upload your photo to the form.
  5. Email your video to orders@essentialhealthsupply.com
  6. Call 414-432-7000 for more information regarding replacement.
